Star of David, completed

About This Project

This circular stained glass window with the shape of the Star of David is the focal point at the center of this large modern synagogue. Positioned above the Ark within the sanctuary, the window seems to change colors with the day’s shifting light. The work uses mouth-blown antique glass, lead and glass painting, and, at the request of the client, colorful, flowing shapes within the more geometric armature of the Star. Michael Poness, Architect.
